Choose Swedish massage for a restorative, full-body experience or deep tissue for focused work on knots and persistent tension. Rates vary by session type and length.
A targeted hit on one or two trouble spots when you're short on time but need real relief, not just a stretch break.
Book NowA shorter full session — enough time to cover more than one area without committing to a full hour.
Book NowThe standard full-body session — enough time for real trigger point or deep tissue work, or a fully relaxing Swedish massage.
Book NowExtra time to cover the full body and still go deep on the areas that need it most.
Book NowThe thorough option — full-body work with time to spare for the spots that need extra attention.
Book NowA complete two-hour session with room for detailed full-body work, sustained attention to problem areas, and an unhurried pace.
Book NowLighter, flowing strokes for circulation and full-body relaxation. A gentler entry point if you're newer to bodywork or want to unwind and destress.
Slower, deliberate work through the deeper muscle layers. A good fit if you have dense muscle tissue and need real pressure.
Targeted, sustained pressure on specific knots causing referred pain, stiffness, or restricted movement. Best for chronic tension and injuries with clear trouble spots.
The biggest lesson I've learned from being a massage therapist is that the mind-body connection is a relationship—one that requires patience, love, understanding, and balance.
"The body is not the obstacle — It is the way."
In my twenties, I started developing low back pain and found myself getting injured more easily. I knew I had to do something about it. That's when I turned to massage therapy—not only seeking treatment, but training as a therapist to better understand my own body.
Over the last four years, that decision has transformed my relationship with my body. Through studying anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and orthopedic methods, I've learned how to respond to injuries, aches, and tension with greater understanding.
Now, as a licensed massage therapist with over two thousand hands-on hours, I feel fulfilled helping others experience that same connection—to find healing and, in the process, become closer to themselves.

Book NowWe'll start with a short conversation about your health history, where you're holding tension, and what you're hoping to get out of the session. You'll be fully draped throughout, and I'll check in on pressure as we go.
Undress to whatever level you're comfortable with. You'll be draped at all times except the area actively being worked on — and if you'd rather keep some clothing on, just let me know and I'll adjust the session around that.
Yes — back, shoulders, legs, wherever's bothering you, or a full-body session if you'd rather. We'll talk through it before we start.
Swedish is lighter, flowing work aimed at relaxation and circulation. Deep tissue works through the deeper muscle layers for chronic tension or muscle pain. Trigger point therapy targets specific knots directly. Most sessions end up blending whichever combination fits what you actually need that day.
Come hydrated, wear something comfortable, and if you've just worked out or are sweaty, a quick shower beforehand helps.
Say something in the moment. Adjusting pressure or technique mid-session is completely normal and expected, not an interruption.
Whatever helps you relax. Some clients like to talk through what they're feeling; others prefer silence. It's your hour.
Yes, please tell me beforehand. Most conditions just mean I'll adjust technique or pressure, but in some cases it affects whether a session is appropriate at all — better to know in advance.
